The training, led by a qualified Via Consult trainer, was conducted in an interactive format. The sessions covered critically important topics such as modern time management techniques, effective communication and customer-oriented approaches, improving teamwork, and optimizing internal processes.
One of the key achievements of the training was the development of a unified service standard. The process was carried out using Via Consult’s methodology, which ensured maximum engagement of the Kärcher team and the identification of best practices by the participants themselves. As a result, a practical document was created that guarantees high-quality service in line with Kärcher’s brand standards.
